A: Preorders will end on October 3rd, 23:59 CST (UTC-6).
Q: Where are you shipping from?
A: We will be shipping from the United States of America.
Q: Are you shipping worldwide?
A: Yes, we are shipping worldwide (please refer below). However, due to COVID-19 and other restrictions, there are some countries that have closed their borders. This means some unexpected issues may arise and our production and shipping periods could take longer than usual.
Q: Do you ship to the UK/EU/Russia?
A: We will not be shipping to Russia due to shipping services being halted. If you’re from Russia, you’re still more than welcome to purchase a digital copy of our zine!
We will be shipping to the UK, Germany and the rest of the EU! Please note that if VAT-related taxes or customs fees are incurred, you, the buyer, will be responsible for paying them to receive your item. Please refer to your local laws and post for more information.
Q: What currency are the prices in?
A: USD.
Q: What timezone are you following?
A: We are following Central Standard Time (GMT-6).
Q: I’d like to change something in my order (address, etc.). How should I go about it?
A: Please DM us on Twitter (@kavethamflowers) or email us at [email protected]! We will also be sending out an email to all customers to verify addresses before shipment, so you do not need to worry if you change your address between placing your order and shipping.
Q: When will I receive my order(s)?
A: Our shop is following a preorder system, which means that we will only start production and shipping after our sales period ends on October 3rd, 23:59 CST. We expect production to take several months. Shipping will commence afterwards, which is currently estimated to be around the end of 2024 or early 2025. Please follow us on our social media for updates on production and shipping!
Q: When will digital PDFs be sent out?
A: We will send out digital PDFs once our first batch of packages has been shipped, estimated to be sometime at the end of 2024 or early 2025.
Q: What will happen if packages are either damaged or lost?
A: All physical orders have tracked shipping.
The mod team will only be responsible for replacing or refunding:
- Orders that have not arrived due to negligence in organizing (e.g. the address on the postal label does not match the inputted address on the order).
- Orders that are damaged or incorrect due to our mistake (e.g. incorrect/missing items, defected merch that is NOT caused by negligent handling by postmen).
The mod team will NOT be responsible for replacing or refunding:
- Orders lost due to an incorrectly inputted address.
- Orders shipped to the buyer's old address (due to the mod team not receiving any notice).
- Orders damaged during shipment or through a shipping company mishandling the package (e.g. packages bent to fit in mailboxes, left out in the rain by carriers, other external damage to the packaging resulting in damages to the contents).
Q: Do you allow refunds?
A: If you’d like a refund during the preorder period, please DM us with your order number. Once preorders close, all orders are final. We will not be allowing refunds or cancellations.
Q: Do you allow group orders? How can I organize a group order?
A: Group orders are more than welcome! If you are interested in hosting a group order, please let us know via email or DMs BEFORE organizing said group order. Once the group order has been approved, please let us know how many of each bundle you'd like and we will invoice you through PayPal for the bundle cost and shipping.
Orders with 5 or more physical bundles will be considered group orders. Please get in touch with us before proceeding, or your order will be refunded.
Once bundles are shipped to group order managers, the responsibility is out of our hands. We will not be responsible for damaged or lost items that may occur during shipping from the manager to buyers. We will not be able to guarantee purchasing through group orders will be cheaper, nor will we be responsible for what happens between the group order manager and individual buyers.
